In connection with the commencement of the application on May 25, 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that from May 25, 2018 you will be entitled to certain rights related to the processing of your personal data by Open Technologies, located at 17/14 Tadeusza Romanowicza Street, 30-702 Kraków, NIP 6762444158. At the same time, based on Article 13 of the Regulation, we inform you that from May 25, 2018 the following information and rules related to the processing of your personal data by the Company will be in effect:

2. Open Technologies uses your personal data to respond to inquiries regarding: presenting offers, concluding and implementing agreements, providing information to the media, and other areas specified in the inquiry.
3. Processing of your personal data will be based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation).
4. Your personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn.
5. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer data, object, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the applicable data protection regulations.
7. Providing your personal data is a requirement to receive a response to the inquiry.
8. Providing your personal data is voluntary.
